ABI Outreach Teams
The Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Outreach Teams are part of the ABI Partnership Project, a community-based service continuum managed by Saskatchewan Health and funded by Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).
Each Outreach Team consists of a variety of rehabilitation professionals experienced in the field of acquired brain injury. The Outreach Teams provide services through health regions and are located in Prince Albert (Sask North) within Prince Albert Parkland Health Region, Saskatoon (Sask Central) within Saskatoon Health Region, and Regina (Sask South) within Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region. In addition to their host health region, the Outreach Teams are responsible for providing services in the following health regions:

Sask Central
Saskatoon, Heartland, Prairie North Health Regions
Sask South
Regina Qu'Appelle, Sun Country, Five Hills, Cypress, Sunrise Health Regions
For more information, please contact the team responsible for your health region. The teams accept self-referrals as well as those from health facilities, physicians, any rehabilitation program or professional support services, schools or community agencies.
